Deanne Faurie
Founder and CEO
Deanne has been working in the construction industry for well over 10 years and has a wide range of experience ranging from recruitment, land sourcing, procurement and business development. Deanne has worked with some of the UK’s largest construction and housebuilding firms.

With her vast knowledge of the construction industry, she has been able to utilise her experience to work alongside companies, by strategically advising them on ways of improving company governance and implementing a successful supply chain process. One of her main attributes is building companies profiles through social media by remodelling their marketing and implementing brand awareness to create a successful outcome.
​In addition, she has successfully procured over £300 million in contracts covering public and private housebuilding, fit-out, industrial and civil engineering, support services, retail, commercial construction and refurbishment

Michelle Dalton
Director
Prior to joining The Construction Brokerage, Michelle spent almost 20 years in the Investment Management sector, specialising in Operational Risk Management and Governance. Michelle has intensive experience in building successful risk frameworks and implementing processes and procedures to mitigate business risk (People, Financial, Reputational and Operational). In addition, she has been an integral part of many high-profile change management projects. Focussing on the construction industry, she brings solutions and advice in helping businesses improve performance and productivity, whilst ensuring a robust risk management framework is in place.
